   Welcome to Healing From Depression. As a survivor of three episodes of clinical depression, it is my desire to provide you with hope, inspiration, practical coping strategies and survival tips that will allow you to successfully emerge from your dark night of the soul. If you live in the Portland, Oregon area, you can learn practical tools and coping strategies in a caring and supportive environment that will allow you to live optimally and to reduce you symptoms of anxiety and depression. 2) One-On-One Mental Health Coaching. I use a coaching model to help you identify a vision of wellness, set specific goals for your recovery, and then follow through on those goals. This coaching can be done over the Internet or by phone. Click here to contact me.
